For us uncouth, uncultured runts back here in the States, can you tell us why the guy is crashed out on the roof?
One, it was in the hundreds in Delhi, and it's way cooler on the roof than in the buildings. Two, many people in Pahar Ganj live in poverty, and I think they don't have anywhere else to sleep.
